"#Thank you, Viet Nam!" – A 2-month journey to spread love and gratitude

DTN: After 2 months since the launching ceremony, "#Thank you, Viet Nam!" has reached 63 provinces and cities across the country. The Campaign attracted a large number of people.

The Campaign "#Thank you, Vietnam!", organized by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee in collaboration with VinaPhone, is aimed to promote good values ​​in society. The Campaign motivates the youth to demonstrate gratitude towards the previous generation, as well as towards individuals and collectives who have made significant contributions to the community. The Campaign is also aimed to generate funding for projects that support people in difficult circumstances.


After 2 months since the launching ceremony, "#Thank you, Viet Nam!" has reached 63 provinces and cities across the country. The Campaign attracted a large number of people.

The Campaign "#Thank you, Vietnam!" 's weekly themes target different segments of audiences in society. People can use the Campaign's microsite to create their own contents and share them via social media platforms such as Facebook, Gapo,  and TikTok to families, relatives, and people at frontline fighting against the epidemic. Below are technical guidance:

- STEP 1: Visit http://thankyouvietnam.com.vn to create a "thank you" or create your own thank you with images, video clips in your own way

- STEP 2: Share your "thank you" on your personal Facebook page and attach the program's hashtag, you can use the default hashtag (available when initializing at the microsite) #ThankyouVN_TWDoan_VinaPhone or attach 03 hashtags: #ThankyouVietnam #TrunguongDoan #Vinaphone

Up to now, there have been more than 500,000 "thank you" have been posted on Facebook with the hashtags. The number of "thank you" generated on microsite exceeded 410,000 times.

Besides, in order to facilitate access to information and spread positive messages in society, the Organizing Committee of the Campaign created the Fanpage "#Thank you, Vietnam!". The Fanpage has attracted 8,720 followers and 832,196 reached. Each week, the Organizing Committee launches different themes for different segments of audiences. People can use the campaign's microsite to create their own contents and share them via social media platforms such as Facebook, Gapo,  and TikTok to families, relatives, and people at frontline fighting against the epidemic. The "#Thank you, Vietnam!" Fanpage published 109 themed infographics, 06 sets of avatars and covers, and organized 04 minigames.

Information about the Campaign is widely spread on Facebook Fanpages of HCYU at 63 provinces across the country. Up to July 31st 2021, there have been more than 7,030 posts on provincial Fanpage, 106,969 district-level news stories attracted more than 32.8 million visits.

Especially, 5 days after the Campaign was launched to celebrate the  74th Anniversary of Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27th, 1947 - July 27th, 2021), more than 100,000 "thank you" were generated and shared through the microsite. Along with that, activities such as "Drink water, remember the source", "Pay gratitude" and "Lighting ceremony to show gratitude to heroes and martyrs" were organized at 63 provinces across the country. 

 
The Campaign "#Thank you, Vietnam!" was born with the mission of spreading the culture of thanks to everyone to arouse good values. The Campaign creates a chance for each person to give and receive more thanks every day, to find themselves useful and encouraged, thereby spreading the power of thanks in the community.
