Youth Volunteer Campaign in the COVID-19 pandemic

Web.HCYU.15/6/2021. Although the pandemic is complicated in many provinces and cities across the country, summer volunteer activities have been not quieted down. Each place, each youth force has found its own way to implement exciting and meaningful volunteering summer activities.

This year, due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the program to launch the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign 2021 was held online. The campaign is set to focus on organizing volunteer activities in difficult areas, coastal areas, areas heavily affected by floods in 2020; border areas; the village of young people set up a business; locations associated with bases and wharves of the Ho Chi Minh sea trail; 16 ethnic groups areas and especially the localities that are heavily affected by the COVID-19 epidemic.

The campaign has 6 peak volunteering days, deployed simultaneously across the country with the following contents: solving administrative procedures, for urban civilization, building a new countryside and the national "Red Flamboyant Flower" soldier's day…

In localities that are "hot spots" for epidemics, young people are a frontline force. Urgently and quickly, volunteer squads to participate in pandemic prevention and control have been established and immediately joined the functional forces.
