Addressed at the meeting, Mr Hoang Van Hoang, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee said that the youth is impossible to replace in consulting for the youth, so they must directly give their ideas to the Party Committee. Time is precious and non-stopping for youth; As such, they need to involve in carrying out projects and programs to create the foundation and organize movements contributing to the provincial socio-economic growth.
Speaking at the meeting, Dr Vinh believed that the major duty of the provincial Union is focusing on educating youth which fall in two categories. First is educating the youth through specific movements and activities to encourage them to get involved. Second is educating the youth through typical examples. He also reminded that when collecting comments of the youth for the draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution, the provincial youth union should be specific and selective in choosing relevant points of the Constitution to introduce to the youth.
On building stronger Union, it is necessary to pay attention to supervise and evaluate Union’s activities and the youth movements to have timely solutions.
