Youth union supports beneficiary families in Dak Lak

HCYU.28.07.2018. Within the framework of youth activities to mark the 71st Vietnam War Invalids and Martyrs Day (27/7/1947 - 27/7/2018), a delegation of youth union cadres led by HCYU First Secretary Le Quoc Phong visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese heroic mothers, martyrs and policy beneficiary families in Dak Lak province.

In Buon Tria commune, a “House of Gratitude” and gifts (worth total 55 million VND) were presented to the former pioneering youth Vu Nhu Lai.

Speaking at the ceremony, HCYU First Secretary Le Quoc Phong affirmed that the former pioneer youths set the examples of pioneering spirits, commitment, sacrifice and willingness to struggle for independence of our nation.

Recently, the Youth Union and Association of Former Pioneering Youths organized activities in which the former pioneering youths shared their stories in the war time; thus, fostering the patriotism of Vietnamese young generations.

Mr Le Quoc Phong hoped that the former pioneer youths will continue to accompany, support and motivate young generations, as the owners of the country, to fulfill their responsibilities and contribute to the national development.

On the same day, the delegation paid tributes to martyrs in Dak Phoi and visited Vietnamese heroic mothers. At the house of mother H'Năr Ong, Mr Le Quoc Phong graciously wished her happiness and good health to witness the development of the country.

During this time, the youth union also provided free medical checkups and electrical repair for people in Dak Phoi.
