Quang Ninh: Launching programs on island propaganda, buiding Tran Island – Youth Island
Web.HCYU.06/05/2013 – On the evening of April 26th, in Ha Long City, Provincial Standing Committee delegation held meeting and dialogues on exchanging the Tenth National Union Congress Resolution and propagandizing islands and Tran Island Construction – Youth Island.

Attending the launching ceremony were Ms Nguyen Thi Ha, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Mr Nguyen Anh Tuan, Standing Committee Commissioner, Central Office, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Mr Hoang Ba Nam, Standing Committee member, Union Secretary of Quang Ninh province, the provincial leadership team in the Northern Midland Cluster and representatives of youth groups in the province. |

Also in the program, Standing Committee of Quang Ninh Union has launched the island propagandizing program, building Tran Island - Island of Youth. Currently, Tran Island has had only one household living and having stable business (the family of Hoang Van Hien and Nguyen Thi Canh). However, there have been 220 households, 849 of 5 localities in the province and Hai Phong City desiring to move to the Tran island including many young families. |
