Vietnam and Laos youth leaders meet in Hanoi
Web.HCYU. 298/03/2013 - Dr Nguyen Dac Vinh, First Secretary of the HCYU receives high-ranking delegation of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Youth Union (LPDRYU) led by the LPDRYU Central Committee Secretary Vilayvong Bouddakham on March 28 in the HCYU’s headquarters, Hanoi.
At the warm meeting, Dr Nguyen Dac Vinh welcomes and informs the delegation about Vietnamese youth's activities. In addition, he reaffirms the importance of cooperation between the two youth unions.

Dr Vilayvong Bouddakham thanks the HCYU for inviting the delegation to visit Vietnam in the youth month of March. He congratulates the success of the 10th Congress of the HCYU and informs attending members about the LPDRYU’s youth work and the upcoming activities.
The two leaders have agreed to exchange youth union officers to share experiences in youth movements in each country.
