Agreement of Cooperation between the Vietnam Youth Federation (VYF) and OISCA International signed

Web.HCYU.04/7/2013 – To celebrate 40 years of Vietnam – Japan Diplomatic Relations and Vietnam – Japan Friendship year; to promote youth cooperation, the Vietnam Youth Federation (VYF) and OISCA International, Japan signed an Agreement of Cooperation, phrase 2013 – 2016.

At the signing ceremony, the two Parties agree to concentrate on the exchange of information and experiences regarding human resource training, promoting awareness about the environment among youths through programs and projects, organizing youth conferences under the theme of youth development, focusing in empowerment the working skills for youth and providing them the job-searching skills...

After the signing ceremony, the two organizations discuss and finalize the mentioned contents and tentative exchange programs that take place in 2013-2014, such as carrying out projects concerning the areas of promoting of personal capacities of young laborers and encouraging them to develop sustainable careers or business models; Strengthening youth’s participation in environment protection and climate change matters; organizing exchanges of youth delegations to share the experiences in young human resource development, and community project management.

The OISCA International is a non-governmental organization in Japan, established in 1961, operating throughout the world and partnership with governmental, non-governmental and youth organizations. OISCA's main activities are in the fields of human resource development, community capacity building, environmental sustainability and the values ​​of traditional culture.
