Strengthen youth cooperation between India and Vietnam

Web.HCYU.29.11.2018. Ha Noi – Mr. Nguyen Hai Minh, Standing Committee Member, Head of the HCYU International Department, Vice president of Vietnam Youth Federation met with members of the National Cadet Corps (NCC), led by Col. Yudhavir Singh Sajwan.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Hai Minh, Vice president of Vietnam Youth Federation congratulated and extended greetings to NCC members to visit Vietnam.

Minh then informed the young cadets about youth organizations in Vietam, highlighted outcomes of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Vietnam Youth Federation youth movements during 2018.

He exchanged information with Col. Yudhavir Singh Sajwan and other members of the delegation over the youth work in Viet Nam.

Minh spoke highly of the long established friendship and solidarity among youths of two countries, and requested the NCC to continue to strengthen cooperation of mutual understanding over many fields.

Col. Yudhavir Singh Sajwan, on behalf of the NCC delegation, thanked the host for the reception and arrangement made for the visit in Vietnam and shared information over development of youth exchange between Viet Nam and India in the coming period.

The NCC delegation’s visit to Viet Nam to be held from 28 November to 06 December, 2018 within framework of cooperative agreement on Viet Nam – India Youth Exchange. The exchange started in 2001 with the aim to promote friendship and cooperation among youth and people of two countries.
