On the morning of July 27th, in Hanoi, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) Central Committee held an online conference to train on economic development knowledge for young people and prepared for "One commune one product" program. Permanent Secretary of the HCYU Central Committee, President of Viet Nam Youth Federation Nguyen Anh Tuan attended the Conference.
